Battelle for Kids is helping the New York Capital Region BOCES roll out a value-added pilot program and recruit pilot districts. Over the last two years, we provided professional development using a train-the-trainer model, including use of our value-added toolkit and participation at the national value-added conference for DVAS within the BOCES.
