To meet the demands of today's education landscape, it is critical for educators to have access to quality tools, resources and professional development opportunities that will help them manage change.
Partnering with Edventures in Learning, Inc., Battelle for Kids has created educational learning maps to allow large groups of people to explore a series of targeted questions around critical issues facing education today.
Centered around a large visual metaphor, educational learning maps challenge participants to openly talk about and confront issues in a fun, effective way.
Battelle for Kids developed the LifeSpan: Preparing Children for the Journey of a Lifetime Edventures Map and the Bridging the Gap Edventures Map, both of which have been used by thousands of educators to address changes in the educational landscape over the last few decades.
We also have experience helping school districts develop customized maps that address issues specific to the students they serve.
At Battelle for Kids, we have seen, first hand, the powerful effect that these Maps can have in helping education stakeholders engage in thoughtful discussion about the challenges facing today's schools.
